You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.

Changes and Amendments

People’s Overseas reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting the revised version of this Agreement on the Website.

When updates are made, the revised date will be updated at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Website and Services after any such modifications shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
