Refund Policy
People’s Overseas (Sole Proprietorship)
This Refund Policy governs all payments made to People’s Overseas for training programs, overseas education guidance services, counselling services, test preparation, application assistance, and any related services.
By making a payment to People’s Overseas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. Strict No Refund Policy
All fees paid to People’s Overseas are towards professional training, counselling, administrative processing, and service-related charges.
Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans by the student
- Visa rejection
- Admission rejection
- Personal reasons
- Financial constraints
- Relocation
- Failure to attend classes
- Withdrawal from course/program
- Delay in documentation by student
- Academic ineligibility
2. In Case of duplicate payment:
- The excess amount shall be refunded
- Refund will be processed through the original mode of payment only
- Processing timeline: 10–15 working days after written intimation by the student and verification by People’s Overseas
3. Processing & Administrative Charges
Wherever a refund is approved under this policy, People’s Overseas reserves the right to deduct:
- Applicable administrative charges
- Payment gateway charges
- Banking charges
- Taxes (if applicable)
4. Final Decision
All refund decisions shall be at the sole discretion of People’s Overseas. The decision of the company shall be final and binding.
